When were you born?
Terms of Service
Welcome to Link Logic. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, family-friendly environment where players can challenge one another through friendly competition. These Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines together form your agreement with us.
1. Eligibility
Link Logic is designed for players of all ages. Players under thirteen (13) may use the Service with the limitations described below — most importantly, chat and voice chat are not available to players under 13. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it. Provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential, notify us if you believe your account has been compromised, and use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not sell, transfer, share, or allow another person to use your account.
3. Notifications
Notifications are on by default so you don't miss an open game or an invitation. You may turn them off any time — temporarily or permanently — from My Account.
4. Memberships and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Unless required by law, subscription fees and partial periods are non-refundable, and accounts terminated for violating these Terms are not entitled to refunds. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund amounts already paid.
5. Fair Play
Play fairly. Don't cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, interfere with another player's game or account, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, server, or system.
6. Acceptable Conduct
While using the Service — specifically the chat and voice features — you agree not to:
1. Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten another player.
2. Use obscene, vulgar, abusive, or sexually explicit language.
3. Promote hatred, discrimination, or violence.
4. Share or request another player's personal contact information.
5. Advertise products or services, or send spam.
6. Organize gambling or wagering.
7. Upload malicious software.
8. Violate another person's rights or any applicable law.
9. Post or engage in any other content or conduct that is illegal, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate for a family audience, whether or not specifically listed above.
7. Usernames
Usernames may not include profanity, sexual references, hate speech, personal information, or impersonate another person or Link Logic.
8. In-Game Chat
Chat is for friendly interaction. Don't use it to harass, exchange contact information, solicit money, or promote illegal activity. Chat messages may be reviewed and retained as described in the Privacy Policy — never assume chat is private.
9. Voice Chat
Players in the same room may be automatically connected to a live voice conversation. The same standards in Section 6 apply fully to voice. Unlike text chat, voice is never recorded or stored — it exists only live, in the moment. Players who indicate they are under 13 are not connected to voice chat at all, in either direction; this does not affect voice chat for other players 13+ in that room.
10. Reporting Violations
Report behavior that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, honestly and in good faith.
11. Feedback and Support
The Feedback button may be used for general feedback, bug reports, complaints, or reporting a player. It is not the channel for a formal request to access, correct, or delete account information — including a parent's request about a child's account — see Section 22 for that.
12. Enforcement — Three-Strike Policy
1st violation: removal from the current game, sign-out, and notice. 2nd violation: the same, plus a formal warning. 3rd violation: permanent account termination without refund. Link Logic may also immediately terminate access, regardless of strike count, for severe violations (threats of violence, child exploitation, fraud, hacking, malicious software, and similar).
13. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts as reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players, investigate misconduct, or comply with legal obligations. Termination may result in permanent loss of game history, rankings, and account data.
14. Ownership of the Service
The Service and all related intellectual property is owned by Link Logic or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of it without permission.
15. Service Availability
We strive for reliable service but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link Logic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
18. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, included in full below.
19. Children Under 13
Accounts belonging to players under 13 cannot participate in text chat and are never connected to voice chat, in any room, in either direction. This applies only to that player — other players 13+ in the same room keep full chat and voice access. Parents or legal guardians may contact us regarding a child's account or personal information.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be presented for re-acceptance before you can continue playing.
21. Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver — Please Read
This section affects your legal rights. Except for small claims, injunctive relief to protect IP or account security, or matters that can't legally be arbitrated, disputes between you and Link Logic are resolved through individual, binding arbitration rather than in court — not as a class action, and not before a jury. Before filing, either side must first send a written Notice of Dispute and allow 30 days to try to resolve things informally. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement, with no effect on your ability to use the Service, by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms — include your name, username, account email, the date you accepted, and a clear statement that you're opting out. See Section 23 for where to send it.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules, since Link Logic Game LLC is organized under Wyoming law.
23. Contact Information
Questions regarding these Terms, including arbitration opt-out notices, may be directed to Link Logic at link.logic.game@gmail.com or by mail at 1968 S. Coast Hwy #4106, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.
Privacy Policy
1. Scope
Applies to the Link Logic website, mobile apps, accounts, multiplayer gameplay, chat/voice features, memberships and trials, notifications, customer support, and player reports/feedback. The Service is offered primarily to U.S. users and isn't actively marketed to the EEA, U.K., or Switzerland.
2. Information We Collect
Accounts (13 and older): username, email, authentication/security info, age category, account creation date, membership status, preferences, and any suspension/security records.
Accounts (under 13): only a player-selected nickname (never your real name, school, location, or contact info), a pseudonymous persistent account ID, age category, and limited gameplay/security info. We never collect a child's email, social-login info, phone number, home address, social media accounts, or precise location.
Gameplay: games played, wins/losses, rankings, achievements, match history, invitations, feature usage, notification preferences, and information needed to detect cheating, fraud, or technical problems.
Membership/billing: handled through Stripe or the applicable app store — we never receive your full card or banking information, only subscription status, trial info, confirmations, renewal dates, transaction IDs, and cancellation/refund info.
Technical: device type, OS, browser, app version, IP address, device identifiers, login/security logs, connection info, and crash/performance diagnostics. For under-13 accounts this is used only as reasonably necessary to authenticate, secure, and operate the account — never for behavioral profiling or tracking. For 13+ accounts, we may also use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand feature usage, return activity, free-trial conversion, and subscription retention.
Chat: for eligible users, may be stored, automatically analyzed, and reviewed to investigate reports, detect abuse, and enforce our rules. Never assume chat is private. Under-13 accounts cannot send or receive chat.
Voice: live only, via Daily.co — never recorded, transcribed, or stored. Reported misconduct can still be investigated using other available information. Under-13 accounts cannot use voice.
Support, reports & feedback: your name/username, email, account info, your message, any info you share about another player or incident, and any screenshots you choose to provide.
3. How We Collect It
Directly from you (creating/updating an account, purchases, messages, feedback, support requests, exercising a privacy right); automatically (technical, device, and gameplay info as you use the Service); from service providers (app stores, payment processors, hosting/authentication/voice providers); and from other users (when someone submits a report, complaint, or safety concern involving you).
4. How We Use It
To operate and secure accounts and gameplay, apply age-based protections, process memberships and trials, provide support and notifications, enable eligible chat/voice, detect cheating/fraud/abuse, investigate reports and enforce our rules, protect users (especially younger ones), fix technical problems, improve the Service, meet legal obligations, and — for 13+ accounts — analyze feature usage, trial conversion, and retention to improve the Service. We won't use your info for a materially different purpose without new notice and consent where required.
5. Children's Privacy & COPPA
Link Logic welcomes players under 13 with the protections required by COPPA. We collect only a nickname (no personal info), a pseudonymous ID, age category, and limited operational info — never used to contact the child outside the Service, build an advertising profile, or track them elsewhere. Before collecting anything from an under-13 account, we give direct parental notice and get verifiable consent, except in the narrow cases COPPA allows without it (like a bare persistent ID used only to run the Service). No advertising is shown to anyone today, and a child's info is never used for ads. Parents/guardians can contact us anytime to review, correct, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's info, withdraw consent, or close the account — we may take reasonable steps to confirm you're the parent/guardian first.
6. Notifications
Gameplay, account, security, subscription, and support notices. Manage optional ones anytime in My Account or your device settings — required legal/transactional notices still go out regardless. Under-13 accounts don't receive optional promotional notices or direct invitations without proper consent.
7. Cookies, SDKs & Similar Technology
We use Firebase/Google Cloud for login, sessions, preferences, gameplay, security, and diagnostics. For 13+ accounts we may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand feature usage and retention — never to build ad profiles, and never sold or shared for advertising. Analytics is fully disabled for under-13 accounts, and we don't currently use Crashlytics or ad SDKs. Older-style browser "Do Not Track" signals aren't consistently standardized, so we don't respond to those specifically — but where legally required, we do honor recognized modern opt-out signals like Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of sale/sharing. Since we don't sell or share info for advertising anyway, honoring it doesn't change how we actually operate.
8. How We Disclose Information
Only as reasonably necessary — to service providers who help run the Service (Google/Firebase, Google Cloud, Stripe, applicable app stores, Daily.co, analytics, support tools), each receiving only what they need to do their job; for legal/safety reasons (a court order or lawful government request, protecting someone's safety, investigating fraud/hacking/exploitation/abuse, enforcing our Terms, or defending a legal claim); and in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of the Service, where any successor must keep handling your info consistent with this Policy unless you're given proper notice of a change.
9. No Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising
We don't sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted ads — none of that has happened in the past 12 months, which is why we don't offer a separate "Do Not Sell/Share" link today. We never knowingly sell or share information belonging to anyone under 16.
10. Data Retention
Kept only as long as reasonably necessary — how long your account stays active, membership/transaction needs, investigating abuse or fraud, and legal deadlines all factor in. Concretely: under-13 account information is generally deleted within 30 days of account closure or a verified parental deletion request; routine backups clear within 90 days; and limited security/fraud/enforcement records may be kept up to 12 months, longer only where the law requires it or there's an active dispute or investigation.
11. Account Deletion
Request deletion anytime through the app or by contacting us. This can permanently remove your username, rankings, achievements, history, membership benefits, and preferences. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through an app store or payment provider — that has to be canceled separately through them. We may keep limited records afterward where reasonably necessary — finishing a transaction, fraud/security, enforcing our agreements, or a legal obligation.
12. Data Security
We maintain commercially reasonable safeguards — access controls, authentication protections, encryption in transit, restricted admin access, vetted service-provider requirements, monitoring, and incident response. No online service can guarantee perfect security; please protect your own login credentials and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
13. Data Breach Notification
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we investigate and take reasonable corrective steps. Where the law requires it, we'll notify affected users (or their parent/guardian), regulators, or other required parties within the legally required timeframe.
14. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your account and location, you can review/update your info, change notification settings, cancel a membership, and request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information — or object to or limit certain uses, or opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising where applicable. Send a request using the contact info in Section 19; we may need to verify your identity first, and a legally authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authority. We won't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
15. U.S. State Privacy Rights
California and some other states give residents additional rights — to know what's collected and why, access it, correct it, delete it, get a portable copy, opt out of sale/sharing/targeted ads, limit use of sensitive info, appeal a denied request, and never face discrimination for asking. In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers (username, email, IP, account ID), account/membership records, subscription/transaction records, gameplay/device/usage info, and eligible chat, report, and support communications — from you, your device, your gameplay, our service providers, and other players' reports — used and disclosed only as described above. We have not sold or shared any of this for cross-context behavioral advertising in the past 12 months.
16. International Users
The Service is offered primarily to U.S. users and isn't actively marketed to the EEA, U.K., or Switzerland. If another jurisdiction's law applies anyway, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a local authority. Information may be processed in the U.S. or wherever our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where required.
17. Third-Party Services
We rely on outside providers for things like authentication, hosting, payments, app-store distribution, voice, notifications, and analytics. When they act independently — like an app store processing your purchase — their own privacy notice applies, and we're not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, our practices, technology, law, or safety needs. Material changes get reasonable advance notice through the Service. If a change affects what we collect from a child, we'll get parental notice and consent first where required.
19. Contact Us
Questions, complaints, parental requests, and privacy-rights requests can be directed to Link Logic Game LLC, Privacy Officer, at link.logic.game@gmail.com or by mail at 1968 S. Coast Hwy #4106, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.
Community Guidelines
Link Logic aims to provide a fun, challenging, safe, and family-friendly environment where players of different ages can enjoy friendly word competition. These Guidelines are incorporated into and form part of our Terms of Service — violations may result in warnings, removal from a game, suspension, or account termination as described there. Our philosophy: Play Fair. Be Respectful. Have Fun.
1. Respect Other Players
Behind every username is a real person. Show good sportsmanship, encourage newer players, and communicate respectfully. Friendly competition is welcome; harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, shaming, or personal attacks are not.
2. Keep Communications Family-Friendly
Text and voice are for respectful, gameplay-connected conversation. You may not use them to harass or abuse anyone; use obscene, sexual, hateful, discriminatory, or violent language; encourage self-harm, violence, or illegal activity; spam; advertise; solicit money or gifts; arrange an in-person meeting; share or request personal contact information; impersonate anyone; or try to get around moderation or age restrictions.
3. Text Chat
Text chat is for eligible users only. Don't treat messages as private — they may be reviewed to investigate reports, protect players, detect abuse, enforce these rules, or meet legal requirements. Players under 13 cannot send or receive text chat, and this can't be turned back on by the player.
4. Voice Communications
Voice, where available, follows the same standards as text chat. Link Logic does not record, transcribe, or store voice conversations — it's transmitted live only. Reported conduct can still be investigated using other available information. Players under 13 cannot use voice chat.
5. Protect Personal Information
Never share or ask for phone numbers, home or precise location, personal email, social media accounts, school/employer info, government ID, passwords, or financial information. If someone else asks you for this, pressures you to talk outside the Service, or tries to arrange a meeting, stop and report it.
6. Younger Players
Link Logic welcomes players under 13 with extra safeguards: text and voice chat are disabled, optional promotional notifications aren't sent, direct invitations aren't sent without appropriate consent, and usernames can't contain a child's real name, school, location, or other identifying details. None of this can be turned off by the player. If you're under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian's permission is required.
7. Choose an Appropriate Username
Usernames may not contain profanity, sexual or hateful language, threats, personal/contact information, misleading claims, or impersonation of another person or of Link Logic. We may require a username to be changed, and may restrict an account until it is.
8. Play Fair
Every player deserves a fair game. Don't cheat, use bots/scripts/modified software, exploit bugs, manipulate scores or outcomes, coordinate fixed results, interfere with another player's account, attempt unauthorized system access, or try to get around these rules. Found a bug? Report it rather than exploit it.
9. No Gambling or Paid Wagering
Link Logic is for friendly entertainment only — no organizing or participating in gambling, wagering, betting, paid prize pools, or any money-based contest tied to game results.
10. Reporting Misconduct
Use the reporting feature to flag conduct that may violate these Guidelines. Reports must be made honestly — knowingly false or malicious reports may themselves be a violation. We keep a reporting player's identity confidential where reasonably possible, and consider the evidence, seriousness, and context of every report.
11. Enforcement — Three-Strike Policy
For ordinary violations: First strike — removal from the game, sign-out, and an explanation of the rule. Second strike — the same, plus a formal warning that further violations may end your account. Third strike — permanent account termination and cancellation of any active membership without refund. This is a general guideline, not a guaranteed three chances — depending on severity, we may skip or combine these steps.
12. Immediate Suspension or Termination
Serious conduct can result in immediate action with no warning — including threats of violence, child exploitation or grooming behavior, serious harassment, fraud, account hacking, distributing malicious software, repeated age misrepresentation, evading an earlier suspension, or anything that could expose players or Link Logic to real harm.
13. Account and Membership Consequences
Enforcement action can mean losing access to games or chat, rankings, achievements, game history, and membership benefits. Deleting, suspending, or terminating an account does not automatically cancel a subscription — that has to be canceled through the applicable payment provider.
14. Our Commitment
We aim to apply these rules reasonably and consistently, review reports objectively, protect younger users, respect player privacy, and keep improving safety over time. We can't guarantee every interaction will be free of bad conduct, but we take reports seriously and act on them.
15. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines to reflect changes to the Service, safety practices, legal requirements, or community needs. Material changes will come with reasonable notice through the Service.
16. Contact Us
Questions or reports about these Guidelines can be sent to Link Logic Game LLC — see Section 23 of the Terms of Service above for full contact details.

🎯 Objective
Find creative connections between random words using a "link" word. The player with the most points after all rounds wins!
🎮 Game Setup (Host)
1. Enter your player name and tap Host to set up a game.
2. Generate a room number and send text invitations to players.
3. Choose a Preset to set game parameters (rounds, number of words, bonus words, and time limit).
4. You can edit a Preset and save your adjustments, or tap Reset to restore the original settings.
5. Tap Go to Waiting Room when ready.
🔗 Joining a Game
There are three ways to join:
• Text invitation — tap the link sent by the host.
• Room number — enter the room number on the Welcome screen and tap Play.
• Find a Game — browse open rooms in the Lobby, organized by skill bracket.
⏳ Waiting Room
All players must tap I'm Ready before the game can begin. Chat with other players while you wait. The host starts the game with Tap to Play, which triggers the Ready → Set → Go countdown.
🕹️ How to Play
1. Each round displays random words in a grid, with bonus words highlighted in purple.
2. Select 2 or more words that share a connection.
3. Type a link word that connects your selected words.
4. Tap Submit to save your link.
5. Keep linking words until the timer runs out.
💡 Example
Words selected: SNOW, FIRE
Link word: WHITE
Connection: Snow is white and fire can burn white-hot.

⭐ Bonus Words
Purple-highlighted words are bonus words. Include one in your link to double your points for that submission!
⚔️ Challenges
1. After each round, review all players' links on the Scoring screen. Tap the ? icon to challenge any link you think doesn't work.
2. All players must tap Challenge Phase to advance — no one gets skipped.
3. Challenged players type a defense explaining their connection.
4. Other players vote Accept or Reject. The defender automatically gets one Accept vote.
5. Ties always go to Accept — a link is only rejected if Rejects outnumber Accepts.
6. Rejected links lose their points.
🤖 AI Ruling
1. During a challenge, any player can tap AI Ruling for an instant AI opinion on the disputed link.
2. The AI casts one vote — Accept or Reject — with its reasoning shown. It's counted alongside the human votes and never overrides the group.
3. If the challenged player submits a defense afterward, the AI reviews it and gets one chance to revise its vote.
🎯 Training Mode
Want to practice on your own before playing with others? Tap Training Mode on the Home screen.
1. Pick a difficulty — Beginner, Standard, or Expert.
2. Link words against the clock, just like a real round.
3. An AI reviews each submission right away and tells you whether it would be accepted or challenged — so you can sharpen your links solo, anytime, no other players needed.
🤖 Play AI
Want a quick challenge without waiting for other players? Tap Play AI on the Let's Play screen and pick your opponent — Simple Sally, Lug Nut, or The Dominator, each with their own personality and difficulty. It's a single round, played on the same screens as a real game, and doesn't affect your ranking or games-played count.
🎙️ Voice Chat
All players in the waiting room are automatically connected via voice chat. Use the Mute button to toggle your microphone. Your browser will ask for microphone permission the first time.
Playing in the same room as another player? Mute one device to avoid echo.
Players who indicate they're under 13 are never connected to voice chat, in either direction — this doesn't affect voice for anyone else in the room.
✅ Acceptable Links
Beyond the basic example above, a few link styles are worth knowing are fair game:
Compound words count. If your link word forms a real, familiar compound or phrase with one of your selected words, that's a genuine connection, not a shortcut. Accepted: GHOST · TOWN linked by "GHOST TOWN" Accepted: BITTER · SWEET linked by "BITTERSWEET"
Double meanings count too. Your link word doesn't have to mean the exact same thing for every selected word — different real, standard meanings of the same word are allowed, as long as each one is genuine and not a stretch. Accepted: SHIPS · FUGITIVE linked by "HARBOR" — ships dock in a harbor, and to harbor a fugitive means to shelter them. Two different meanings, both real.
What's never allowed either way: a link word that's just one of your selected words repeated back, or a vocabulary category standing in for a real connection — see below.
🚫 Invalid Links
Using a vocabulary category as your link word is not allowed and will be challenged. Examples of invalid links:
Rejected: HORSE · DOG · EAGLE linked by "ANIMALS" Rejected: RUN · JUMP · FALL linked by "VERBS" Rejected: ROCK · TREE · CLOUD linked by "NOUNS" Rejected: Any words linked by "WORDS" or "OBJECTS" or "THINGS"
Your link word also can't simply repeat one of your selected words — it has to genuinely connect them, not restate one of them.
Rejected: POWER · GRID linked by "GRID" Rejected: RACE · TRACK linked by "TRACK"
Your link word must describe a genuine meaningful connection between the selected words — not simply what type of word they are, and not just one of the words itself. The fun is in finding creative, unexpected connections!
🏆 Rankings
All players start at 600 ranking. After each game, your rank changes based on where you placed relative to everyone else in that specific game — from +20 for 1st place down to -15 for last place, spread evenly across the field.
This means the same placement can score very differently depending on how many people played. Coming in 2nd out of 2 players is a loss, and scores near the bottom of the range. Coming in 2nd out of 6 players is a strong result, and scores near the top. It's always about how you did against the players who were actually in your game, not a fixed number tied to the placement itself.
Opponent bonus: Beating higher-ranked players earns extra points on top of that. Losing to lower-ranked players costs extra. Ranking cannot drop below 400.
• All screen transitions require every player to click before advancing — the host cannot skip anyone ahead.
• The host can kick players from the waiting room if needed.
• The player with the most points after all rounds is the winner!
🚩 Reporting a Problem
After a game, three buttons on the Winner screen make it easy to reach us: Report a Player for anything against the rules, Bugs or Issues for something that broke, or Feedback to share a thought. The Feedback button in My Account works the same way anytime, not just after a game.

If you weren't old enough for chat and voice before, you can check again here once you're actually old enough.
⚠️ Please be honest about your age. If you're not actually old enough yet, we'll remove your new chat and voice access right away — and in serious cases, this can also mean losing your ranking or your account.
